Food was good. Could have given more than 4-5 pieces of shrimp as I got charged $4 to add shrimp and could have provided more yum yum sauce as I thought they have become very skimpy with amount provided for meal.

Beef bulgogi was burnt, dry and no sauce at all. Gyoza was deep fried clumped together and after I pulled it apart, there were 4 instead of 6 dumplings. Kimchee and rice were good. Customer service for pickup was great. For the price paid, definitely not worth it. Seems to keep getting worse and worse. At least takeout. Disappointing….

The beef teryaki was overcooked and tasted burnt didn't even match their photo of what the dish should look like. The Blue Moon Ragoon was so burnt and shriveled I couldn't eat it. The California Roll was bland not like what I had in the past. The king crab roll was very good. Payed $50 and only liked 1 item. If I go back, I will make sure I check my food before I leave as I ordered pickup. I can't believe the restaurant let burnt food leave their restaurant to unsuspecting customers who pickup their orders.

We live less than 3 miles from your restaurant, yet when my daughter got it home it was cold. She said they were just bagging it up when she got there so it should have been hot. Was pretty disappointed because I love the food normally. I am usually a lunch person and the 2times I’ve had the dinners I’ve been displeased. It must be your busy time.
